- Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you agree that these Terms, along with our Shipping and Refund Policies, govern the handling of customs duties, refused deliveries, and returns. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback filed with your card issuer or payment processor, including disputes arising from refusal of customs duties, or disputes filed after the applicable return window has passed. Uptus Studios reserves the right to submit these Terms, order records, shipping and courier documentation, and customer communications to the payment processor and/or card issuer as evidence that goods were tendered for delivery in accordance with the agreed terms. Uptus Studios reserves the right to pursue collection of any amount charged back in violation of these Terms, including associated chargeback and collection fees.

- Limitation of Liability
